All our courses address the challenges of working with mixed age, mixed ability groups. We provide ideas for variety, options and challenges for the more able participants, and focus on getting the maximum effective use from basic or limited apparatus.
NRG run scheduled courses each year arranged at venues by us. Please be aware there may be a waiting time before a course is run.
If you represent a club or organisation and would like to host your own course, please get in contact as NRG may be able to come to you.
All our courses lead to a nationally recognised professional NRG award and are accepted by IGA.
